The Whistler market continues to be very active with a total dollar volume of sales of over $69 million in May. This is an approximate 34% increase over May 2015 ($51 million). There were 69 total real estate transactions. The Squamish real estate market continues to be very active with 100 sales in May, an increase of 20 per cent over the 83 sales recorded in May 2015. In terms of total dollar volume, there were $65 million in sales in May, a 58% increase when compared to May 2015.
